Each flower is built from petals I’ve hand-cut from my own original paintings—fragments of past work, reimagined and reborn. What was once whole is now reconstructed into something softer, more delicate, yet full of strength.
Layered throughout this 30 piece series are carefully chosen cutouts from Vogue France runway editorials—fashion imagery that has inspired me since childhood. These figures become part of the story, woven into the blooms like memories, dreams, and traces of the women we once were and are still becoming.
FLORA DARLINGS VOL.II is about growth, reinvention, and beauty in every phase of life. It’s a reminder that we are constantly evolving—taking pieces of our past, our experiences, our joys, and our heartbreaks, and transforming them into something entirely new.
